Frequently Asked Questions
Who can join?
Any Cameroonian in the diaspora or at home who shares our vision and is committed to the long-term nature of this project. Members must be of legal age and willing to adhere to the group's constitution.
How much does membership cost?
Membership fees and contribution schedules are determined collectively by the group. Initial registration fees cover administrative costs. Details are shared upon expression of interest.
Is this a guaranteed investment?
This is a community development project, not a financial investment scheme. While property values are expected to appreciate, this is a long-term collective effort with inherent risks that are managed through due diligence.
How are decisions made?
All major decisions are made through member voting. The steering committee handles day-to-day operations and reports regularly to all members.
Can I visit the land before committing?
Yes. Land visits will be organized at key stages, and members are encouraged to participate in due diligence processes.
What happens if I need to exit?
Exit procedures are outlined in our constitution. Members can exit according to the agreed terms, which protect both the departing member and the group.
