Every piece of land considered for acquisition undergoes rigorous due diligence — including title verification, ownership history checks, encumbrance searches, and physical boundary confirmation by licensed surveyors.
Law Firm Engagement
We engage reputable law firms in Cameroon with expertise in real estate and land law. Our legal partners handle title searches, contract drafting, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Land Title Verification
No land purchase proceeds without verified, clean title documentation. We verify at the land registry, confirm with local chiefs and communities, and obtain all necessary government approvals.
Governance Structure
The group operates through an elected steering committee with defined roles, term limits, and accountability mechanisms. Regular elections ensure leadership remains responsive to member needs.
Member Voting Process
Major decisions — including land selection, budget approvals, and constitutional amendments — require member votes. Each member has one vote, and results are shared transparently.
Financial Transparency
All financial transactions are recorded and reported to members regularly. Bank statements, contribution records, and expenditure reports are accessible to all active members through the member portal.
Meeting Minutes & Documents
All general meetings, committee meetings, and special sessions are documented. Minutes are shared with members within 48 hours and stored in the secure documents area for future reference.
